“Time Passing” is a three-minute short film directed by Wim Wenders featuring the Fall/Winter 2018 collection designed by Lucie and Luke Meier. In the film, which follows the first award-winning collaboration of the German film director with Jil Sander, the cast is caught in a time loop of repeating scenarios marked by changes of outfits and different emotional responses from the protagonists. The surreal quality of the location allows the shots to rise above the narrative structure and encourages the viewer to plunge into the stream of events along with the characters.
The film is accompanied by a series of images taken by Donata Wenders which capture the cast behind the scenes wearing key looks from the collection.
