• Complimentary shipping for orders over ¥39,000.

• Delivery within 5-9 working days without date/time specification
• Delivery within 9-14 working days with date/time specification
• deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• it's not possible to place orders with a different shipping Country from the one you choose to navigate the website
• all orders arrive in gift wrapped signature Jil Sander packaging

Returns

• it is possible to return or exchange any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery, except for fragrances, publications and final sale items
• items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging
• products can be exchanged according to stock availability
