  delivery in 3-4 working days
• express, €12,00
  delivery in 1–2 working days
• deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• it's not possible to place orders with a different shipping Country from the one you choose to navigate the website
• all orders arrive in gift wrapped signature Jil Sander packaging
• to pick up your order in store you will need to show your order number and a valid ID

Returns

• it is possible to return or exchange any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery, except for fragrances, publications and final sale items
• items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging
• products can be exchanged according to stock availability
